Senior Project Manager

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Senior Project Managers who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. This role requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. About your new role

The Senior Project Manager is a strategic leadership role within Enterprise Transformation. You will provide project management expertise for multiple concurrent projects or single projects of a highly complex nature, delivering outcomes using various frameworks, specifically Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models. You will be accountable for ensuring projects adhere to time, cost, and quality requirements while providing high-quality strategic advice and reporting to Executive and Senior Stakeholders

What you will need to exceed

• Proven ability to deliver project outcomes using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models.
• Proficiency in managing project governance, delivery plans, and providing high-quality reporting to Steering Committees and Executive levels.
  
• Skill in contributing to strategic papers and developing robust project business cases.
• Expert-level use of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience in managing and providing clear direction to cross-functional project teams.
• Skills to identify, influence, and partner with internal and external stakeholders at an executive and senior management level.

Must have

• A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in senior project management is required.

Desirable

• Experience specifically within the insurance, health and disability, or government sectors is considered highly desirable.
